Option 3 should have worked out better, no shows, the ones I could have attended I have seen way too often, lots of work although throwing around other people's suitcases I consider to be a hobby and I had time to make me an one of a kind poster for thee upcoming event I really do not want to attend but I might not have a good excuse to not attend therefore a handsome "aren't we all gay as fuck" poster for a show in my hometown with which I had nothing to do, they tried and came up with this!

Option 2 is heading north! In Groningen at the ORKZ a double bill of locals and have seen befores but same goes for option 1 so anyway the Junohoos and Das Audio Combo, formerly known as Das Aldi Combi but as Aldi is a supermarket franchise they actually got told to change their name pretty weird....


Option 3 is thee best!

Option 1 is heading south! Visit two cities with first Nijmegen for a hopefully end on time Traumahelikopter show at the Doornroosje, the guys themselves also have plans for what is next. Continue down south to Eindhoven in a probably filled out skatepark called Area 51 to see the Black Lips perform..

Forgot to post the plans for last weekend as it wasn't much..On friday Mark vd P. the pilot for Traumahelikopter celebrated his birthday and got the Bare Wires playing at the Crowbar Groningen...first 10 minutes were better as expected, the next 10 minutes were alright but the last hour was way too much! Nice to see they brought Apache on drums! On saturday there was the total unplanned Traumahelikopter show at a subsidised anything but shithole. In Hoofddorp infront of 15 people they weren't that great but it was damn close to my weekend house so a few beers in a for the first and last time ever I will be at the Duycker club..For upcoming weekend there are several options...

So no shows...M.O.T.O with four bands playing infront at the Db's is even more than way too much..but no shows? well unless if you would count me busting the moves to the full concert video of the Frowning Clouds of their first ever European show!!

Saturday nov 26th it will be the first time I will see the Frowning Clouds in Europe!!! On their pretty exclusive in other words badly organised first European tour they DO play the Sonic Ballroom in Cologne. It will be a kettenfett infested blast!!

Fun was had last weekend! No passing out while bands were playing or even before that no saw it all and so I am raising the bar for this upcoming weekend. Shows on friday, saturday and sunday!!! Although slightly sick I intend to be present at all of them. For starters this friday Traumahelikopter at de Walrus in Groningen! Almost running out of shit to post from this band here is the clip that got made while presenting their 7" on Kogar at the Elpee recordstore!

It will also be the official release party of the second 7" in the Me Keefmen, You Jane series the first just got released on Hey Girl Records, now the second on Kuriosa Records will be presented this night!!! Come celebrate and bring money!

We keep partying the next day NOV 15th!! Same city different venue at the Vera downstage the Krontjong Devils and de Keefmen are gonna be our background music to drinks! Just keep a close eye on sit in drummer Alyse seen her somewhere before and yes the place is terrible to see and I guess play a show in...Do seem to have a date with the original line up the Kidnappers next friday NOV 14th at the Crowbar in Groningen! As I was the one who got them their first show ever in Holland I'm fucking looking forward to this!!! there will be kicking and screaming!!

Crazy show at the local bar in Meppel!!! Seems it's been ages ago something fun happened but thank god shit gets recorded. Yes we had the Cola Freaks trash the place!

Fun was kept to a minimum last weekend. Destruction Unit seemed out of it and forget to bring thee electro part...Dirty Beaches thank god had the nerve to cancel a Vera show which was great cause I really wasn't looking forward to see a certain somebody sample the living shit out of me and would leave me stand out in the crowd all bored and shit..so in the end all that really happened was I didn't see Traumahelikopter this weekend..will make up for that I'm pretty fucking sure of that..

Six thursdays a year get claimed by my hometown Meppel and they even call it Thursday Meppel Day or Donderdag Meppel Dag in Dutch...basically it's a lame night out for middle aged guys and gals to drink and party to bands who made a career out of covering all the bands you had hoped never would have entered your life...anyway I claimed my first DMD (yeah that's short for..) yesterday the first and so 5 more to go last night was all about drinking together with one of my least productive guys on my team of City Trash writers..my head still hurts..give me beer give me wine don't let me order exotic drinks...still two weeks before something semi exciting will happen at the local bar but as I was googling Reverse Cowgirls I got some inspiration and such so here it is the official announcement of something exciting in Meppel the Holy Beggars will play aswell to enhance the fun..else I will!!

Hope I won't be seen...
